Sales Contracts

Set up and track the shipment status of contract obligations with the Sales Contract module.

Contract status is available by screen inquiry or the Contract Status reports. These reports allow you to track contracts by customer, by group or location number, and by product.

Sold to, ship to, terms, shipping instructions, etc. are maintained with detail quantities by product. Quantities contracted, shipped to date, and balance to ship are updated automatically from the sales system. Last activity date is also monitored.

You can also create and invoice by importing the Bill of Lading information.
